After having kids, Crystal took a few years off from being a professional dancer to focus on being a full-time mom. Like so many other moms, she was burnt out and completely exhausted after catering to everyone but herself. Crystal desperately wanted to rediscover her love of dance and get back into shape, so when a friend invited her to a private heels class taught by Lindsay, she accepted. After just one class, she felt more sexy, confident and empowered than she had felt in years. Crystal and Lindsay became fast friends and realized they could help so many other women who are burnt out and overworked get their groove back! Together they created HOT MAMA HEELS to uplift women in all phases of life. Whether you're "dance curious", danced when you were younger, or a stay at home mom looking to spice things up, all women are welcome in Hot Mama Heels-where positive energy fills the studio from the moment you walk in.
